Virtual Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Therapist to join our team at Alita Care, LLC. As a Virtual Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and facilitating the care of assigned patients, participating in treatment and continuing care planning, and providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
Key Responsibilities- Virtually meet with assigned patients to introduce yourself, orient them to the therapist role, and explain treatment goals and expectations.
- Initiate contact with family members and outpatient providers to develop and implement care plans and coordinate discharge planning.
- Document all activities related to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy for assigned patients per program schedule.
- Document therapy sessions in the medical record per program requirements.
- Facilitate specialized interventions when needed.
- Provide specialized therapy services to assigned patients, including but not limited to, family, art, EMDR, and SE.
- Master's Degree in behavioral health or a related area.
- Independent state licensure to function within the confines of responsibility is required.
- Two years of experience in the behavioral health field, preferably focused on trauma, chemical dependency, eating disorders within a managed care environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and virtual meetings, such as Zoom, GoTo Meetings, and Teams Meetings.
