Churchill Downs Louisiana Horseracing Co is seeking a skilled Concession Cook to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food in large quantities
- Cut and portion meat and other ingredients
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist in planning and implementing menus
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in food preparation and service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License (company will provide application)
- Be at least 21 years old
