We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian II to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition care to patients and their families.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you will utilize the nutrition care process to screen, assess, diagnose, offer nutrition intervention, and monitor the nutrition status and progress of patients. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assessment data to identify nutrition risks, nutrition problems, criteria consistent with malnutrition, knowledge deficits, and/or high-risk health behaviors
  • Offer nutrition recommendations, orders, education/counselling, and/or referral to other services
  • Provide counseling and education that reflects appropriate health literacy and cultural sensitivity to patients with disease processes that require nutritional management

Requirements:

  • Current active registered dietitian status with Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Current active licensed status in the state in which they practice
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition or nutrition related field AND 3-year clinical experience OR Graduate degree in nutrition or nutrition related field AND 1-year clinical

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and more.
