Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide top-notch patient care and support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, shaving, and oral care.
- Take and record vital signs accurately within established time frames.
- Perform hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and promote customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with nurses to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certified Nurse Aid certification required upon hire
- One year of relevant job-related experience
