- First Article Inspection: Execute FAI on finished products and prepare detailed reports for customer evaluation.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure new product transitions adhere to approved specifications.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Monitor product and process quality, driving enhancements through methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify and implement corrective actions for quality-related process issues.
- Training Development: Create training programs to elevate quality awareness among inspectors and operators.
- Compliance Assurance: Support production inspectors in ensuring adherence to quality management standards.
- Audit Conducting: Perform line audits and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Customer Engagement Coordination: Organize customer visit events in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Failure Analysis: Analyze product failures and drive corrective actions for customer complaints.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quality reports and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the quality supervisor.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, demonstrating proficiency in essential quality management tools and the ability to conduct independent quality audits. Familiarity with ISO9000 quality management systems and common quality terminology is essential.
Proficiency in office software and equipment is required, along with fluency in English for both reading and writing. Candidates should exhibit integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
