Job Summary:

As a Merchandiser at Borden Dairy, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a proven track record of success in merchandising and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct store surveys and market analyses to stay up-to-date on customer trends and preferences.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure additional shelf space and promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office required.

Physical Demands:
  • Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, and fine hand manipulation.
  • Extensive driving may be required to service customer base.
