About the Role

Cumberland Farms is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our trucking fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose mechanical and electronic issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime
  • Utilize diagnostic computer systems to identify and repair issues
  • Complete repair orders with detailed information
  • Monitor and schedule federal and state inspections
  • Monitor parts usage and maintain accurate records
  • Perform facility maintenance duties and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Trade School High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in diesel engine repair
  • CDL class A or B license
  • Tank repair certification
  • Refrigeration repair certification
  • Minimum of four ASE Certifications

Working Conditions
