Operational Supply Chain Coordinator for Surgical Services

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operational Supply Chain Coordinator for Surgical Services to join our team at Rivers Edge Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain operations within the surgical services department.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials management, clinical supply, or cost-accounting, with a proven track record of accurately managing inventory levels, negotiating vendor contracts, and maintaining electronic medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, including receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
- Negotiate and maintain vendor contracts for implants and supplies
- Maintain electronic medical records, including data entry and auditing
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors
- Support the surgical services department with tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school education with at least three years of experience in materials management, clinical supply, or cost-accounting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records and inventory control software
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Estimated Salary: $34,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
