Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of an entry-level professional (1-4 years of relevant experience) to become a vital part of our expanding team at On-Board PMO.

In this full-time role, you will employ both traditional and innovative recruiting methods. Your contributions will be essential in meeting our staffing goals through:

  • Creating and managing effective job postings
  • Sourcing and conducting phone interviews with candidates
  • Coaching qualified candidates and scheduling follow-up interviews
  • Managing relationships with clients and candidates

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and posting strategic job requisitions on various platforms
  • Identifying and prioritizing recruitment needs across different sites
  • Engaging in community networking events and career fairs
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through referrals and previous placements
  • Pre-screening candidates and preparing them for client presentations
  • Facilitating interview setups and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinating background checks and drug screenings for potential hires
  • Utilizing software tools for tracking candidate progress
  • Creating and presenting recruitment reports
  • Participating in meetings to understand staffing needs and processes
  • Adhering to company policies and employment laws

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 0-4 years of experience in recruiting or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications and database management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in HR matters
