Pack Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pack Leader to join our team at Dog Dais LLC DBA Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland. As a Pack Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dog daycare facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. They will also be passionate about working with animals and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Lead and manage a team of staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, monitoring play areas and activities.
• Provide top-notch customer service, building strong relationships with pet owners.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training new staff, and managing inventory.

• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with animals and commitment to safety and care.
• Ability to work in a physically active role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
