We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a 40-hour workweek with a flexible schedule. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and AAC.
This is a therapist-owned and run company, providing a supportive environment for our employees. We offer benefits to all employees who work at least 30 hours a week, including dental, health, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
- Conduct standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
- Update patient progress to relevant parties
- Research related speech and language problems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the field of speech pathology
- Familiarity with communication disorders
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Masters degree in speech pathology for SLPs
- Bachelors with SLPA license in state of Massachusetts for SLPA's
