Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all general accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, implement planning and control measures, and analyze variances.
  • Establish and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial data.
  • Coordinate and facilitate a smooth year-end audit process.
  • Supervise accounting staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or CPA certification is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
