  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of transportation professionals, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in transportation operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, transportation, or business.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as CDL or Hazmat endorsement.
