We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with management experience to lead our projects to success and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective structural designs for new commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local and national codes.
  • Optimize the use of construction materials commonly found in Florida to enhance design efficiency and sustainability.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and expertise in structural engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Evaluate and approve structural designs and calculations prepared by the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, maintaining our position at the forefront of structural engineering.
  • Promote our company's vision and values through client interactions, presenting design concepts and addressing any structural concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on commercial building design.
  • Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Expertise in construction materials commonly used in Florida.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in structural engineering software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain licensure.
Compensation:

Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
