Job Summary

A skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN is sought to join our dynamic Surgical Services team in the PACU Recovery Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.

As a PACU Recovery Nurse, you will effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients in the PACU Recovery Room
  • Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Oklahoma
  • 2 years of med-surg experience or 1 year of critical care experience
  • IV sedation certification
  • Current CPR card or completion within 30 days of employment
  • Current ACLS certification or completion within 1 year of employment
  • Current PALS certification or completion within 1 year of employment
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform tasks that require fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Able to hear, see, and feel to accurately assess, monitor, and administer care.
