We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Prisma Health. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that improve their communication skills and quality of life.
About the Role- You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans.
- Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Performs initial evaluations and develops treatment plans that address patient needs and goals.
- Therapy Sessions: Provides one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, focusing on communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
- Patient Progress: Monitors and documents patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Masters Degree- Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program
- No previous experience required
- SC SLP Licensure from the Board of SLP Examiners or SLP Compact Commission
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
