Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for processing membership inquiries, responding to customer inquiries received via telephone or written correspondence, and performing other administrative functions. You will also be responsible for accurate billing and premium reconciliation on active and cancelled groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma, 2 years of customer service experience, PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes, clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, organizational, mathematical and analytical skills, and the ability to work self-directed and motivated.
