We are seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management who will oversee the long-term stewardship and performance of our affordable housing portfolio. This senior leadership position requires a comprehensive understanding of affordable housing management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance financial performance with mission-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive annual operating plan
  • Directing and supervising an asset management team
  • Fostering collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership on portfolio management
  • Analyzing financial statements and real estate proformas
  • Managing the portfolio debt schedule and property tax exemption applications
  • Identifying opportunities to improve portfolio performance and implement new initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in affordable housing asset management or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of real estate-based assets
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs
  • Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Experience managing teams and developing staff

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.
