Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Child Development Center's leadership, the Early Childhood Education Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences for toddlers and preschoolers in an inclusive environment. This role emphasizes the health and safety of children while implementing developmentally appropriate practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute engaging educational programs that promote all areas of child development, including social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language skills.
2. Supervise and participate in daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Conduct assessments and facilitate parent-teacher conferences to discuss children's progress and needs.
4. Collaborate with parents to create individualized education plans that cater to each child's unique abilities and learning styles.
