The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a conventional property in Richmond, VA. This includes overseeing collections, approving invoices, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring the highest quality customer service to residents.

As a key member of our team, the Property Manager will also assist with budgeting, property performance goals, and capital improvements. They will work closely with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have at least 5 years' experience as a property manager, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections and post rent receipts
  • Approve invoices and post accounts payable
  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Participate in leasing and renewal activities
  • Assist with budgeting and property performance goals
  • Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
