Job Summary:

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key business areas. This position requires a seasoned financial professional with excellent analytical and communication skills to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
• Provide financial guidance and support to key business areas, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
• Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Provide financial training and development to business stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance.
• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field.
• Accounting or financial designation preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions:
