We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our team at Work Right NW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in positively impacting the lives of American workers.

About the Role

As an Athletic Trainer at Work Right NW, you will be responsible for providing on-the-job care to our dedicated team of hard-working Industrial athletes. You will evaluate injury risks using wearable technology and computer vision, schedule preventative/early symptom intervention appointments, and offer general rehabilitation for non-work-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate injury risks using wearable technology and computer vision
  • Schedule preventative/early symptom intervention appointments
  • Offer general rehabilitation for non-work-related injuries
  • Collaborate with Safety Professionals and/or Ergonomists to develop innovative programs
  • Use data analytics to assess injuries and devise necessary changes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to quickly understand our clients' requirements and adapt to their work environment. You will also need to possess self-motivation and excel at performing tasks efficiently even without direct supervision. Additionally, you will need to have expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for evaluating, providing first aid, and treating orthopedic or sports-related injuries.
