Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various assembly or sub-assembly processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Inspect work visually and/or with measuring devices to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Meet or exceed production requirements, notifying team leads or managers of any deviations.
• Work safely at all times, complying with safety regulations and using protective equipment as needed.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and machines clean and orderly.
• Perform other miscellaneous job assignments and related functions as directed by team leads, managers, or other designated personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous employment or volunteer experience.
• Shop math skills and the ability to use judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions about process sequences.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.
• A team attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with others are essential.
