Job Description:

As a Flex Assembler, you'll play a critical role in our production process, working alongside a talented team to create innovative solutions for our customers. With a focus on quality and safety, you'll be responsible for assembling and sub-assembling components, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and sub-assemble components, applying guarding, tape, and sleeving as required
  • Inspect work visually and with measuring devices to ensure quality standards are met
  • Meet or exceed production requirements, notifying Team Lead or Manager of any deviations
  • Work safely at all times, complying with safety regulations and using protective equipment as needed
  • Keep work areas, equipment, and machines clean and orderly
  • Perform miscellaneous job assignments and related functions as directed
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and maintain a positive working relationship
Requirements:
  • Previous employment or volunteer experience
  • Shop math skills and ability to use judgment to plan and perform tasks
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong team attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
