We are seeking an experienced Security Compliance Specialist - Sales Team Support to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring security compliance during customer interactions and managing comprehensive security onboarding and awareness training for both internal employees and customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to address security concerns, provide security expertise, and ensure compliance with security policies during all customer engagements. You will also develop and deliver security onboarding training programs for new employees, lead regular security awareness training sessions, and collaborate with sales, legal, and compliance teams to review contracts.

You will evaluate vendor security questionnaires, conduct risk assessments, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary. This role requires strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as experience in developing and conducting security onboarding and awareness training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide security expertise to sales teams, ensuring compliance with security policies during all customer engagements
  • Develop and deliver security onboarding training programs for new employees, ensuring they understand the company's security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead regular security awareness training sessions for both internal staff and customers, focusing on data protection, phishing prevention, social engineering, and other key topics
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and compliance teams to review contracts, ensuring the inclusion of appropriate security clauses and measures in customer and vendor agreements
  • Evaluate vendor security questionnaires, conduct risk assessments, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Compliance Specialist - Sales Team Support who has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security sales support
  • Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices, especially in a sales context
  • Experience in developing and conducting security onboarding and awareness training programs
  • Expertise in reviewing and assessing vendor security practices, including evaluating security questionnaires and managing security risks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver effective training sessions and explain complex security concepts
  • Familiarity with sales tools and platforms (e.g., Loopio, Salesforce)
