We are looking for individuals interested in long-term careers with an active role in the success of the DTS Service department. This position will necessitate travel to client locations for emergencies, project work, and periodic on-site engagements as required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and will receive mileage reimbursement for travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of technical IT projects (Server, Cloud, Network)
  • Experience in IT integration
  • Provide general technical support for hardware and software in a business context.
  • Act as the escalation lead for advanced inquiries
  • Resolve client issues via phone, in-person, or remotely
  • Advise on hardware and software enhancements based on company standards
  • Document customer issues and resolutions
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of work performed.
  • Implement DTS Services for new and existing clients
  • Participate in a paid on-call rotation
  • Efficiently manage time to plan and execute projects with a focus on effective communication
  • Work independently

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an IT Service Desk environment
  • Experience in implementing new Microsoft Windows AD environments
  • Experience in making significant changes to or upgrading Windows server networks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service with a focus on communication.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • High level of punctuality
  • Basic understanding of computer networking (Email, DNS, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Subnetting)
  • Experience with server design, build, and maintenance
  • Virtualization experience
