Agile and Cross-functional Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid methodologies, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with teams in IT, production, compliance, and retail to ensure seamless project delivery and integration across departments.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Implement data management and analytics solutions that support real-time decision-making for cultivation, distribution, and retail.
- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting systems that provide insights into operational performance, product quality, and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
