In this role, you will be instrumental in executing extensive IAM initiatives for our clients, analyzing identity lifecycles, and defining enterprise digital identities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support large-scale Identity and Access Management projects, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Design, implement, and maintain systems that verify user privileges and manage credentials effectively.
  • Utilize your expertise in single sign-on and privileged access systems to enhance productivity while ensuring security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in diverse environments to deliver IAM solutions.
  • Manage Multi-Factor Authentication technologies, including certificates, tokens, and biometrics.
  • Engage in cloud-based IAM support, particularly in Azure or AWS environments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ICAM, security operations, and threat response.
  • Familiarity with directory services administration, particularly LDAP and Active Directory.
  • Experience with COTS IAM solutions such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
  • Knowledge of PKI and PIV standards.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project management and consultative IT project management.
  • Familiarity with JSON and Groovy scripting languages.
  • Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk or Azure Monitor.
  • Understanding of troubleshooting processes for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
