Position Overview:


We are in search of a proactive and skilled Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Office Associate to help us elevate the standard of patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a medical office setting and demonstrate a professional demeanor along with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and a keen attention to detail are essential.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, organized, and reliable individual who excels in multitasking and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks, patient interactions, and support for medical staff. Familiarity with one-on-one patient care in a clinical environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the establishment of a new clinic.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal experiences for both patients and healthcare providers.


• Foster an environment that promotes positive interactions for patients and physicians alike.


• Ensure timely opening and secure closing of the clinic, manage patient communications, schedule appointments, coordinate care, collect payments, and oversee inventory management.

• Identify areas for improvement in patient service and office workflow, and propose solutions.

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.

• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.

• Assist the authorization team with insurance eligibility verification.

• Play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience.


• Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for all patients, including profile checks, pre-arrival communications, treatment room readiness, and personalized service requests.

• Support the intake process and manage medical documentation.

• Facilitate patient rooming, including assisting those with mobility challenges.


• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver personalized care, ensuring each patient feels valued.

• Utilize clinical skills to check vital signs, conduct tests, and assist in medical procedures.

• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications.

• Assist in the management of clinical supply inventory.

• Prepare patient rooms between appointments.

• Maintain a clean and organized office and patient areas.

• Create and manage patient files.


• Handle administrative tasks such as mail processing and supply procurement.

• Manage the scanning and filing of documentation.
