We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. This is a full-time position available for a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide expert supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to implement effective behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
