Position Overview:
A prominent Japanese real estate firm is in search of an Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client trust accounts, including accounts receivable and payable, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee property management client trust accounts.
2. Handle accounts receivable and payable transactions.
3. Prepare and file GET/TAT documentation.
4. Maintain effective communication with clients primarily through email.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Sage.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Previous accounting experience is advantageous.
