  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to identify and address potential issues.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, and take prompt action to resolve the issue.
  • Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless building operations and maintenance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or trade school training.
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems operations, maintenance, and repair.
  • Appropriate licenses and certifications for trade, such as Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
