Job Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at Harbor Group Management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

About You
To be considered for this role, you'll need at least two years of experience in property management or a related industry. Proficiency in using social media platforms is also essential, as well as familiarity with real estate contracts and leases. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills.

The Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multifamily properties. Your responsibilities will include managing resident retention and relations, investigating and resolving complaints, creating resident correspondence, and collecting rent. You'll also be responsible for attracting and educating new tenants, supervising and training property staff, and shopping competition regularly.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive bonuses, medical and dental plans, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
