Responsibilities

  • Design and develop multifamily residential projects with 5-15 years of experience in landscape architecture.
  • Excellent hand graphic and design skills.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with various project types, including multifamily residential projects.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive approach.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with your position and qualifications. As a full-time employee, you'll be eligible for medical, dental, vision, supplementary insurance, and dependent care FSA and healthcare FSA. A portion of the premiums will be paid for by Norris Design. We also provide basic life insurance, long-term disability, and a 4% company match to our employer 401(k) plan. You'll receive 8 paid company holidays per year and an accrual-based PTO program starting at 15 days per calendar year. Plus, enjoy a holiday week closure and year-round half-day Fridays.
