Job Summary

Heart to Heart International (HHI) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Program Specialist to support the growth of its humanitarian services operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and training of point of care laboratory clinics, as well as overseeing the monitoring of these clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the selection, implementation, and training of point of care laboratory clinics.
  • Oversee the monitoring of point of care laboratory clinics.
  • Assist in strategizing and outlining the goals and objectives of the point of care laboratory program.
  • Collaborate with other HHI departments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate degree in a clinical field with certification; Bachelor degree with certification preferred.
  • Previous experience with point of care laboratory testing and basic knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and procedures.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Extensive domestic travel required (up to 25-30%).
