We are seeking a talented SIGINT Mission Requirements Definition Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

In this role, you will serve as an advisor to the Government in defining new mission requirements and performing classic Systems Engineering tasks such as Requirements, Configuration Management, Integration, Verification, Validation and Test (IVV&T), Risk and Readiness.

You will work closely with development contractors in agile software development, CI/CD pipelines and deployment of mission software to operations.

Our team embraces innovation and agile software development to meet intelligence needs and shorten timelines for providing actionable information to US Government decision-makers.

**Responsibilities include:**

• Defining new mission requirements and advising the Government on critical missions in SIGINT, COMINT, FISINT, and ELINT

• Performing classic Systems Engineering tasks such as Requirements, Configuration Management, Integration, Verification, Validation and Test (IVV&T), Risk and Readiness

• Collaborating with development contractors in agile software development, CI/CD pipelines and deployment of mission software to operations

• Providing advice, recommendations, and document preparation support on acquisition pre-award phase activities, including SOWs, SOOs, Acquisition Strategy Support, Cost Estimates, Market Research & Market Surveys, Quality Assurance Plans, RFPs/RFQs, Source Selection, and other miscellaneous pre-award documentation

• Reviewing contract award documents and providing source selection support

**Qualifications include:**

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in SIGINT systems engineering

• Strong knowledge of SIGINT mission planning and scheduling systems

• Experience with system-to-system interfaces and integration

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and development teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
