About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our National Reconnaissance Office's SIGINT Ground Systems Program Office, you will contribute to the development of next-generation SIGINT Ground systems architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SIGINT missions, Mission Management, or Ground architecture for large proliferated space constellations.
  • Manage projects and work with cross-functional teams composed of diversely skilled engineers.
  • Engage with relevant program offices to deliver comprehensive solutions across boundaries.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive improvements for the IC mission.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or scientific field from a recognized institution.
  • 12+ years of increasingly responsible professional US Government acquisition and engineering/scientific experiences, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience in one of the following domains: mission processing systems for space systems, constellation tasking and optimization, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), software development, or US Government acquisitions and/or systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a high-performing team of engineering professionals.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • A salary range of $145,000 - $210,000 per year, based on experience.
