This role is based in our Austin, TX office and requires onsite presence.

The Analyst will play a crucial role in helping the firm realize its objectives through comprehensive analysis and meticulous due diligence across diverse sectors and regions. Collaborating closely with the Portfolio Manager and fellow team members, the Analyst will identify and assess investment prospects for the firm, which includes, but is not limited to, opportunity origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and continuous portfolio oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting investment research
  • Performing financial analysis
  • Executing competitive assessments
  • Assisting in transaction execution
  • Preparing materials for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining regular communication with management of portfolio companies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in consulting, financial services, or law; a maximum of 4 years is also strongly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential, with knowledge of VBA or Python being advantageous.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work independently.
  • Exhibiting confidence, integrity, and self-awareness.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
