Weekend Pharmacist

We are seeking a part-time pharmacist to join our team at our Willmar, MN location. As a Weekend Rotation Pharmacist, you will work every 3rd weekend, providing excellent customer service to our patients and customers.

• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
• Dispense medications and related supplies.
• Lead team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Champion Thrifty White programs to patients, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
• Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.
