Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in transportation logistics.
  • Verify and document incoming shipment records.
  • Input shipment data into the computer system.
  • Prepare necessary documentation.
  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Ensure shipment contents match manifests, invoices, or order forms.
  • Report discrepancies to the accounting department.
  • Monitor trailer temperatures.
  • Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers.
  • Coordinate dispatch moves for drivers.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain precise records.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
