Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at IEA Constructors LLC. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers as needed.
  • Remove, fill, or compact earth, and operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other tools as directed by management.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
  • Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
  • Perform road construction activities involving asphalt, concrete, and concrete supports, highway signs, guard rails, and landscaping.
  • Work in changing environmental conditions, including cold or hot weather, wet and muddy conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a related field
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive thinker
  • Effective communication skills
  • Initiative and adaptability
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
