At Mountain Land Physical Therapy, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Exercise Specialist. About the Role

This part-time position is designed for recent college graduates with little to no experience in the medical field who are eager to learn and grow. As an Exercise Specialist, you'll work closely with patients to assist with exercises, needs, and check-ins, under the guidance of our licensed Physical Therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with exercises and needs under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in a health-related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule (mornings preferred)
  • Passion for health and wellness
