Support Services Lead Utility Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Lead Utility to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day function of the department. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the department's duties, including training, supporting, supervising, and interacting with department team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
- Provide assignments and assistance to team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance.
- Relieve shift supervisors in times of absence and adjust or cover schedules as needed during short-staffing situations.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys to ensure team members maintain set standards.
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages.
- Conduct customer and patient surveys to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
