About the RoleThis Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Fetal Echocardiography Specialist position offers a competitive salary of $75,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a staff sonographer with OB/Gyn experience and hold certifications such as RDMS Fetal Echocardiography and RDMS OB/GYN Specialty.
Job Description- Perform detailed fetal anatomic exams, fetal echocardiography, Doppler studies, biophysical profiles, nuchal translucency exams, 3D/4D imaging studies, and gynecological exams, including transabdominal and transvaginal procedures.
- Assist Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians with invasive procedures; including amniocentesis, fetal intrauterine transfusion, amnio-reduction, sonohysterography, and other invasive procedures as indicated.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification and American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers – OB/GYN certification required.
- PREFERRED: 3 years as a sonographer in an Ob/Gyn or perinatal/maternal-fetal medicine setting.
