Provide comprehensive psychosocial services to individuals, families, and groups, including counseling, psychotherapy, and case management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our military members and their families.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate referrals to community and government agencies for services, assessing the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their families. Conduct psychosocial assessments, provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services, and implement treatment modalities to achieve treatment goals. Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as required.
Integrated Primary Care/Behavioral Health OptimizationApply psychological procedures and techniques to aid Primary Care Managers in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating psychological disorders in the primary care setting. Formulate behavioral health interventions, provide timely feedback to PCMs, and assist with implementation of treatment plans.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program, a current, full, active, and unrestricted LCSW license, and BLS certification. Possess the ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
