We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Packaging Operator. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our bottling line.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pharmaceutical Packaging Operator will support the lead operator in the setup and functioning of the assigned bottling line. In the absence of the lead operator, the incumbent will take on the responsibilities of the lead operator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry. A solid understanding of GMP standards is essential. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required, along with strong writing and mathematical skills. Experience with CVC and Aesus equipment is preferred.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sector is mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in optimizing the performance of the assigned bottling line.
- Carry out tasks as directed by the lead operator.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including batch records.
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs and cGMPs.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and setup of all bottle packaging machinery.
- Support the bottling supervisor in fostering a positive team-oriented culture.
Safety Considerations:
The successful candidate must adhere to safety protocols in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, ensuring the health and safety of themselves and others.
