Position Overview: The Kennel Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our furry guests. This full-time position requires flexibility, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and attention to all pets in our facility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kennel area.
  • Feed, exercise, and monitor the well-being of pets during their stay.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold health standards.
  • Engage in physical activities such as walking, bending, and lifting pets as needed.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted and 50 lbs. with assistance. The role involves exposure to various environmental factors, including noise and pet-related allergens.
