We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. About the Role:

  • Administer job postings in various systems, ensuring seamless integration with our recruitment processes.
  • Analyze local talent markets to implement effective workforce planning strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates, leveraging networking skills to drive successful placements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and match them with qualified candidates.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and compatibility with client needs.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.
  • Leverage Adecco and internet tools to conduct moderately complex searches, analyzing results and modifying as necessary to meet client needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to candidates on resume preparation, interview techniques, and specific job requirements.
  • Manage candidate hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with client and organizational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future client fulfillment requests.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and increase retention, aligning with business objectives.
  • Negotiate offers, including compensation and bill rate negotiations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Facilitate interviews between candidates and customers, providing necessary briefs and debriefs.
  • Perform second-level screenings of prospective candidates, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Develop candidate executive summaries for resume submittal, highlighting key qualifications and experiences.
  • Maintain and update candidate/associate records in tracking databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, resolve problems, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
