Job Description

As an Attendance Secretary/Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate attendance records, respond to queries from students, parents, and staff, and provide administrative support to the school administration. You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency: You must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification to be eligible for this role.
  • Computer and Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, typing, and data entry skills is essential for this position.
  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and Confidentiality: You must be able to work well in a team environment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Criminal Background Check: A successful candidate must pass a criminal background check before commencing employment.
  • Tuberculosis Screening: Prior to your start date, you must undergo tuberculosis screening.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $35,000-$45,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. However, please note that this is a non-exempt position, and your actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, performance, and overtime.
