Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary service to every guest by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, which includes greeting and acknowledging all visitors while upholding high standards.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all point-of-sale transactions and maintain strict control over cash and media at the registers in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new cashiers.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting loss prevention initiatives.
  • Oversee cashier productivity, manage breaks, and coordinate daily schedules while addressing performance issues with management.
  • Maintain organized front-end supplies and assist with guest services, merchandising, and housekeeping as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least 2 years of cashier experience.
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Availability on weekends is mandatory.
